A moderated panel discussion featuring leading voices from the federal government, business, state entities and stakeholders in the U.S. who have helped shape and participate in recent policy and funding actions pertaining to climate mitigation and resilience. The discussion will illustrate new investments in climate that help meet the U.S. nationally determined contribution as well as inspire and impact global action. The discussion will be taking place against the backdrop of historic recent legislation passed by the U.S. Congress and where the Biden-Harris administration is particularly prioritizing implementation on nature positive climate-smart investments in addition to the November mid-term elections that shape federal, state and local leadership in and by the U.S.
