From Nature-related Risks to Opportunities – the ‘business case’ for nature

On Monday 25 March, the Mission of Norway to the EU and The Nature Conservancy will host a breakfast event at Norway house.  The seminar will focus on the importance of nature for business and other stakeholders, how we can integrate nature-related risks into decision-making processes and what we can learn from analyzing and managing risks associated with natural disasters. 🌍

Among others, there will be presentations from:

  • Andreas Bjelland Eriksen, Norwegian Minister for Climate and Environment
  • Patrick Child, Deputy Director-General of in DG Environment at the European Commission
  • The chair of the Government appointed Committee on Nature related risks for industry and other actors, Aksel Mjøs, will also present the committee’s report.

Don’t miss the panel discussion with representatives from different sectors, including business, civil society, NGOs and institutions from the EU and other countries. The event is part of the Green Alliance between the EU and Norway.
