2nd Climate and Nature Finance Forum

The 2nd Climate and Nature Finance Forum , which will be held on May 26 and 27 in Rio de Janeiro, aims to foster strategic reflection on the role of the global financial architecture in promoting economic development that is fair, inclusive and aligned with climate, nature conservation and prosperity commitments. In a scenario where it is no longer possible to dissociate economic growth from climate and environmental emergencies, the Forum aims to be an international space for dialogue and collaboration.

The II Forum’s program will explore ways to mobilize financial resources at scale, boosting the energy transition, forest conservation, food security and other essential fronts for a more positive economy for people, businesses and nature. The event will also present innovative alternatives to influence public policies and sustainable business practices, strengthening countries’ capacity to attract investments in technological solutions that promote inclusion, income generation and reduction of inequalities.
