Risk is becoming an increasingly central topic in the Voluntary Carbon Market, yet definitions and approaches vary. This session will help participants understand the types of risks inherent in carbon projects and introduce tools and strategies for effectively managing those risks.
ABOUT: The Nature Climate Solutions Alliance (NCSA) is organizing a series of events during London Climate Action Week, focused on the transformative role of high-quality nature-based solutions in the voluntary carbon market.
Across four days, hosted in collaboration with Abatable, Conservation International, Chloris, ERM, Fauna & Flora, Kita, Revalue, Sylvera, Plan Vivo, and We Are Level – participants will explore practical, science-backed approaches for delivering NCS carbon credits that achieve meaningful climate, biodiversity, and social impact.
These sessions are designed for businesses, investors, and stakeholders committed to high-integrity carbon projects that deliver real climate impact while supporting biodiversity and local communities.
