Unlock nature's potential with naturebase

naturebase is a new and free interactive platform created to offer guidance on why, where, and how to deploy high-integrity natural climate solutions on global, national, and subnational levels. The beta version includes data for 18 Natural Climate Solutions pathways and activities that will help achieve our Paris Agreement emission reduction goals, with more to come in early 2024.

A new tool to scale up natural climate solutions for reaching our global goals

naturebase integrates an array of data and information acquired through various technologies, including satellite data analysis and land system modelling, as well as machine learning. It assembles and validates existing knowledge rooted in peer-reviewed scientific research, presenting a comprehensive repository of information.
