Moja global is an international community committed to combating climate change by enhancing land-use data collection and reporting. Through an open-source model, moja global unites governments, scientists, NGOs, and private companies. Central to its mission is the Full Lands Integration Tool (FLINT), a powerful platform for monitoring, reporting, and verifying (MRV) greenhouse gas emissions and carbon sequestration in sectors such as forestry and agriculture. FLINT integrates remote sensing and geospatial data, ground-based measurements, scenario analysis, and scientific models to provide a clear, scalable, and transparent MRV solution.

At New York Climate Week, moja global will host a keynote event to highlight FLINT’s transformative potential in climate action. The event will showcase FLINT’s successful applications in both governmental and commercial contexts, demonstrating its role in improving carbon accounting and supporting robust climate policies. Attendees will gain insights into FLINT’s methodologies and its status as a leading open-source MRV tool. Additionally, the event will introduce the “Friends of FLINT” network, a collaborative platform for knowledge exchange, aimed at encouraging the widespread adoption of FLINT and empowering stakeholders to contribute effectively to global climate goals.

Location: Convene, 101 Park Ave, New York. Room: Pershing Hub.
